Cancellation Policy
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Pre-Dispatch Window: Customers can request to cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched or handed over to our logistics partner. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately from your registered email address with your Invoice/Order number.
Custom & Modified Orders: Any orders involving custom-made jewelry, personalized engravings, or structural modifications (such as specific necklace length adjustments) cannot be cancelled once payment is captured and the manufacturing/modification process has begun.
Post-Dispatch: Once an item has been dispatched or handed over to our shipping partner, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the transaction will be governed by our standard Return and Refund Policy.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Rhyming Diamonds reserves the right to cancel any order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
High-value transactions that fail our mandatory internal risk or security checks.
Limitations on available stock, sudden material sourcing constraints, or unexpected quality issues identified by our Quality Control team prior to dispatch.
Inability to verify user-provided KYC documents (such as a self-attested PAN card) for transactions crossing government-mandated thresholds.
Incorrect pricing or typographical errors in the product details listed on our platform.
In the event that the Company cancels your order, you will be notified via your registered email or phone number, and a full refund will be processed immediately.
3. Refund Timelines Upon Cancellation
Source Reversal: All approved cancellation refunds will be automatically credited back to the original payment source used during the transaction (Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI). No requests for cash refunds or alternative bank account transfers will be entertained for cancellations.
Processing TAT (Turnaround Time): Once a cancellation is approved by our team, the refund is initiated instantly through Razorpay. Depending on standard banking channels, the amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days.
Gateway Fees: Please note that while Ratnakari Jewels does not charge a cancellation fee, any non-reversible processing fees or statutory levies charged at the time of payment capture are subject to standard banking and gateway rules.
