1. Introduction

Welcome to Ratnakari Jewels. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, payment gateways, and the purchase of any jewelry, products, or articles from us. By accessing our services, making a purchase, or initiating a transaction via Razorpay net banking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the transaction.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to purchase products or use our payment services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws. By initiating a transaction, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

KYC Compliance: For any Sale and/or Purchase above the mandated limit as defined by the Government from time to time, a copy of the customer's PAN Card (self-attested) is mandatory along with valid address proof.

Account & Bill Verification: Any information, details, or queries regarding the bill/invoice shall only be entertained when requested by the person in whose name the bill was issued.

Invoice Verification: The Customer must quote and provide the original Invoice number for any repair, exchange, or return of Jewellery, Articles, or Products.

Product Care: Jewelry is prone to normal wear and tear due to regular usage. Users accept that no credits or compensations shall be given for weight loss of jewelry due to such normal wear and tear.

Payment Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that your bank account or payment method has sufficient funds to complete the transaction and that the details provided during net banking are accurate.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on our platform, including but not limited to jewelry designs, text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Rhyming Diamonds or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

General Limitations: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhyming Diamonds, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products, website, or payment gateway.

Return & Refund Discretion: The Company does not guarantee or adhere to conditions of return or refund if the goods are found broken, altered, mishandled, heated, treated chemically, or otherwise not found in a good, tradable condition at the time of return/refund. This clause explicitly supersedes any other terms mentioned in our standard return/refund policy.

Tax Refunds: No taxes, including but not limited to GST, shall be refunded after 14 days from the date of purchase at the time of return/refund of jewelry, products, or articles. This clause supersedes all alternative mentions in the return/refund policy.

Refund Processing: Refund/return approvals shall only be granted after a due technical examination of the product by our Quality Control team. Approved refunds shall be issued strictly via an "Account Payee" cheque, NEFT, RTGS, or credited directly to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking). Refunds will be issued solely in favor of the person whose name is mentioned on the Invoice at the time of sale.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

Note on Updates: The Company reserves the right to alter, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time as required under any law in force prevailing at the time of the transaction or event. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
